Huawei P50 Pro leaked renders reveal striking design

Huawei’s next flagship line is the Huawei P50 series and a new leak from @OnLeaks gives us a look at reportedly the first smartphone to launch with Huawei’s in-house operating system that reduces its reliance on Android. Huawei’s gearing up to launch its next flagship smartphone. The P50 series is expected to come and may be the first Huawei device to launch with the company’s in-house Harmony OS. ZTE S series to launch with four cameras, Axon 30 Pro with only three

ZTE is working on a new lineup of phones, simply called ZTE S series. Ni Fei, Mobile Devices VP at the company, has posted an image of an upcoming phone, revealing the camera setup while talking about the color. Here it is: The new phone will have four shooters, with the main one being 64 MP. The other three are unnamed, but we can easily guess one of them is an ultra-wide-angle snapper (the one beneath the main cam), while the other two will be macro + portrait cams. The dual-LED flash also is nothing impressive, meaning the ZTE S phones might be a midranger lineup that will...

LG announces Android 11 update rollout schedule

LG is and has always been one of the slowest companies to issue big Android version updates to its smartphones, and this time around things aren't any different. The Korean company has so far sent out the update to Android 11 to the Velvet 5G units in Korea (in January), and some V60 versions in the US (last month). If you're in Europe and are wondering what to expect, LG's German arm has published a helpful table. Helpful, but not necessarily hopeful. The Velvet 5G will be the first to get its update in Europe too, at some point in April. Before the end of June, the G8X should join...

The European Center for Chip Design will serve as Apple’s largest semiconductor facility in Europe and is touted as the largest development site for mobile wireless semiconductors and software in the Old Continent. Apple's European Center for Chip Design will be located in downtown Munich. For this purpose, Apple is...

Two new images show AirPods 3 without silicone tips

Apple's AirPods 3 are here in the form of yet another image leak. The images below appear to show the third generation of Apple's mainstream TWS earbuds and are in line with the previous leaks. Rumor has it that Apple will use an almost identical design between the AirPods 3 and the AirPods Pro, with silicone ear tips at the end. But we're starting to think that the AirPods 3 will have an open ear design, like the AirPods 1 and 2, without rubber ear tips at the end. It would make sense, differentiating the 3's from the Pro's. In-ear design, like that of the AirPods Pro, offers...

Adobe Photoshop for macOS now runs natively on the M1

Adobe has announced that the macOS version of Photoshop has been updated to natively support the ARM-based Apple M1 chip on the latest Mac models. Native support means that the application no longer has to run within the built-in emulation software (known as Rosetta 2), which improves performance. According to Adobe, the native Apple silicon version of Photoshop runs on average 1.5x faster than "similarly configured previous generation systems". This was tested over a wide range of tasks such as opening and saving files, running filters, and compute-heavy operations like Content-Aware Fill...

Poco X3 Pro launch teased for March 30

Poco has been going a little mad lately and the teaser for its next release is anything but straightforward. Instead, it focuses on what the brand does best – communication with the fans. Here's a letter for the Poco family. The letter itself is interesting, talking about why no other phone has managed to reach the insane value-for-money levels of the Poco F1 – costs and taxes have gone up, so INR 21,000 phones can’t get flagship Snapdragon chips. But note that bits of the text are in bold. If we’re reading this right, the Poco X3 Pro is coming on March 30. The phone recently bagged...
