The cloud-focused Nextbit Robin smartphone is currently available for as low as $137 in the US. A seller on eBay is offering the phone (both Mint and Midnight variants) at this price. The handset's current official price is $299, but third-party retailers have the device listed for far lower price. For example, Amazon is offering the device for around $150. Still, the eBay deal is worth, as it saves you some more dollars. For more information, head to the Source link below. Source | Via

Counterclockwise: Apple products that failed, but whose legacy lives on
Apple may be the most powerful tech company today, but it went through a difficult period in the 90s. Without Steve Jobs at the helm, it was lost and tried entering every product category you can think of. Most of them failed commercially, though some have a legacy worth remembering. These days you may hear "digital assistant" and think "Siri", but PDAs were like smartphones, except without the phone part. In fact, the term "PDA" was coined by Apple CEO John Sculley. The Newton was...

Weekly poll: Do you want the Galaxy S8 or the S8+?
The Samsung Galaxy S8 was deemed a bit pricey but nevertheless many pre-ordered it and it narrowly missed the title Best flagship of Spring 2017. Now here's another question - do you want the smaller S8 or the bigger Galaxy S8+? Of course those dimensions are relative, the S8 is narrower than the S7, even though it has a "5.8-inch screen". We put that in quotes since the 18.5:9 aspect ratio means the screens of those two phones are not directly comparable by their diagonal. Still, the S8 is more compact than the plus model and it costs less too - two good reasons to pick it. However,...
Top 10 trending phones of week 16
The Samsung Galaxy S8 extended its stretch as king of the popularity hill to four weeks, despite a strong charge by the Xiaomi Mi 6. The new Xiaomi flagship entered the chart in second place. Could we see a change on top next week? The third phone on the rostrum is the Galaxy J7 Prime - a regular in the Top 10 chart. The Xiaomi and Samsung continues all the way down to 8th place as the two companies have two more phones each in the next four positions. The final two spots on the prestigious chart are somewhat surprising. The yet-to-be-announced OnePlus 5 appears in 9th place,...
