Just a day after complete spec sheet for the Samsung Galaxy S8+ leaked, a similar leak has emerged for the Galaxy S8, revealing almost identical specs. The only difference is display - the Galaxy S8, according to the leaked image above, will sport a 5.8-inch (full rectangle)/5.6-inch (rounded corners) QHD+ Super AMOLED display. Here are the two leaks side-by-side: The only key specs that these sheets don't reveal is the chipset and the battery capacity. Both the S8 and S8+ will be unveiled at a dedicated event next month, and will go on sale worldwide on April 21. Via
Xiaomi Mi Mix to be available outside of China soon
Unveiled back in October last year, the Xiaomi Mi Mix has only been available in China so far. That, however, is going to change soon as the device has been announced for UAE. The phone will go on sale there sometime in March. As for price, the Mi Mix will carry an AED 2,999 price tag in UAE, which translates into around $815. The handset is also listed as "coming soon" on the Chinese company's official website for the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region, meaning other countries in the region will also be getting it soon. The company, in case you missed, is already working on...

Imint will be showcasing its Vidhance capabilities at MWC, which kicks off next week in Barcelona. Huawei Watch 2 has a sporty look, leaked press renders reveal
It's an open secret that Huawei will unveil a new smartwatch this Sunday in Barcelona at its pre-Mobile World Congress event where we'll also see the P10 and P10 Plus smartphones becoming official. That is because even a company official has basically confirmed this. However, we've heard very little about the upcoming wearable up until this point, which is pretty unusual for the leak-filled mobile world nowadays. A report from January claimed it would sport cellular data connectivity and a "sportier" look than the original Huawei Watch from 2015. Well, that's been very much confirmed today...
LG G6 to be released on March 10, Samsung Galaxy S8 confirmed for April 21
It's long been rumored (on quite a few occasions) that Samsung will make the much anticipated Galaxy S8 and S8+ official at an event in New York on March 29, with the new flagships' release date being April 21, at least for markets other than South Korea. And today a new report from the company's home country comes to confirm those dates, with one important difference. Whereas it's said that Samsung initially wanted to launch the Galaxy S8 in Korea a week earlier than the global release date of April 21, it's now decided against that. As such, both the S8 and S8+ are set to go on sale...
Meizu to launch super fast mCharge 4.0 at MWC
Meizu has already scheduled a MWC press event on February 28 in Barcelona. Its slogan is Faster Than Ever, but that's all the hints we got so far. According to the latest rumors though, the star of the Meizu show will be mCharge 4.0. That's quite obvious in fact, just look at that big lightning sign on the invitation. The next iteration of mCharge should further improve on the technology and could fully charge a depleted smartphone battery in just 45 minutes. The 4.0 revision is rumored to use a 9V/4A charger (36W), which means it will charge at lower 9V voltage (down from 12V)...

The device may have average specs but the highlight is the BeautyLive app that lets you stream live through the 13 MP main camera or the 5 MP front one while applying a beautification filter on your face. The main camera has 1.4µm pixel size, f/2.0 aperture and 82-degree field of view. The front one comes with a soft light LED selfie flash. The Live part of the name Zenfone Live (ZB501KL) actually reminds you that you can...
Samsung unveils Exynos 9 - a 10nm chip to challenge the Snapdragon 835
Samsung's Exynos chipset is venturing into 10nm territory with the latest Exynos 9 Series 8895. This chip promises up to 27% higher performance and 40% lower power consumption than a comparable 14nm chip. The chipset features an octa-core CPU starring second generation custom Samsung cores (four of them) as the big cluster while Cortex-A53 (again, four) reprises its role as the little cluster. The GPU is a Mali-G71, which has it's eye on VR. It should have as much as 18 cores! Samsung maintains parity with Qualcomm by offering a Gigabit LTE modem - that's 1Gpbs down and 150Mbps up....
Xiaomi Pinecone chipset gets its own trailer, starring World Memory Champion
Xiaomi recruited Wang Feng to star in the trailer of its upcoming chipset, Pinecone. Yes, a trailer for a chipset - Xiaomi is sparing no expense to drive up the hype. Anyway, Feng is a two-time World Memory Champion and he shows off his skills by memorizing and then recalling 100 groups of numbers (each group consisting of several digits) He even wrote them down in the correct order! This is certainly an impressive feat and as fine a way of teasing a chipset as we could think of. The Pinecone itself will come in two versions - V970 and V670 - which are comparable to a Kirin 960 and...

Sony Xperia X (2017) press render leaks
Sony has booked its tickets to Barcelona and will present some new devices at MWC on Monday. One of them is the alleged Xperia X (2017) that some sources also call Xperia X2. And today we get to see an official press render of the device. There are no specs to go with the leak, but there if the image is legit, it does reveal some interesting bits about the device. Sony is apparently going to remove its logo from the front panel in order to give room for the 2017 fad - minimum bezel displays. The screen has a curved glass on top and we also get to see the volume rocker with the power...
