Spotify has announced its plans to launch Spotify HiFi, which will finally enable streaming lossless audio. Spotify claims its new HiFi mode will enable "CD-quality" audio on existing devices and Spotify Connect-enabled speakers. A report from last month claimed that LG is weighing its options for the rollable phone it showed off at CES 2021. Now Yonhap reports that the decision has been made to mothball the project.
