vivo S5 is now available for purchase

The vivo S5 unveiled last week is now available for purchase in China through the company's official site. It comes in two memory versions - 8GB/128GB priced at CNY2,698 ($385/€345) and 8GB/256GB that costs CNY2,998 ($425/€385). However, only the 128GB version is currently available for purchase. Apple removes all user reviews and ratings from its website

A report from AppleInsider cites a reader who noticed that Apple removed its "Ratings & Reviews" tab from all its product listings. CR: India online smartphone sales reach an all-time high in Q3

According to the latest Counterpoint Research report, 46% of all smartphone sales in India happened online during the July-September period. This is a 55% increase over the same period last year and is the result of the large scale aggressive promotions during the festive season in India.
