Motorola Moto E6s coming to India on September 16

Motorola teased the launch of a new smartphone in India a couple of days ago, and now we know it's going to be the Moto E6s that will make its way to the country on September 16. This confirmation comes to us through Flipkart that set up a landing page on its website for the Moto E6s. The page includes images and a few specs of the Moto E6s which suggest that it's actually the Moto E6 Plus that was announced last week at IFA. The Moto E6 Plus comes in two memory versions - 2GB/32GB and 4GB/646GB. However, Flipkart's page only mentions the 4GB/64GB variant, so we will have to wait...

Google's Pixel event may be on October 15, Pixel 4 XL chipset and display confirmed

The Pixel 4 leaks just can't stop, especially around Apple's big event. After all, you shouldn't forget about Google's big announcement, but when will that be? According to a new leaked image of the Pixel 4 (below on the left), shared by Evan Blass (aka @evleaks), the grand unveiling could happen on October 15. That would be later in the month than last year, but then again Google's already launched Android 10 a month later in 2019 than Pie in 2018, so it doesn't seem implausible. Pixel 4 promo image (left), Pixel 4 XL hardware details (right) The image seems to come from a...

Fast forward a few months later, the company is ready to release the phone with all the design issues taken care of. We had some time to play with the new Fold and get familiar with the design solutions. So here's our hands-on video review of the Galaxy Fold. Unfortunately, we can't say for sure that the new design will make all the difference until we've spent enough time with the device.

But there was hardware at IFA that showed the massive speed advantage of UFS. The Hisense T91 is a prototype phone based on the Snapdragon 845 chipset. Inside it was a 1TB UFS card, which was put through its paces by AndroBench 5. For comparison, a similar handset was used with a microSD card (rated at 80MB/s sequential reads and 30MB/s writes). Leaked Pixel 4 ad focuses on hand gestures and Google Assistant, not the tele camera

An ad for the Pixel 4 has leaked and it shows what it means for a phone to be designed "the Google way". It seems that Google doesn't want you touching your phone to use it - not when you have Project Soli's hand gestures and the voice commands of the revamped Assistant. That's the first half of the ad. The second half is about the camera. You can see the new dual cam on the back of the white Pixel 4, but interestingly the ad focuses on the low-light performance - something Google aced a couple of years ago. There's no mention of the new telephoto camera. There's nothing on the 90Hz...
