Motorola's Edge mid-ranger is now finally up for pre-order in the US, in unlocked form. The phone will become available on July 31. If you pre-order, however, you're getting a huge discount. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 benchmark scoresheet confirms Dimensity 820 5G

There were rumors about the still unreleased Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 running the newly announced MediaTek Dimensity 820 but this is probably the first hard evidence to back it up. In the AI-Benchmark performance ranking, the Redmi Note 10 popped up on second position right after the vivo iQOO Z1 with its Dimensity 1000+ chipset. The listing itself doesn't reveal as much except that the phone will come with 8GB of RAM or at least one of the versions will. Google will prevent phones with 2GB RAM from using full Android 11

Google has already opened the beta testing of Android 11 and now a leaked copy of the Device Configuration Guide has revealed an interesting detail. All future devices that want to run the OS must have more than 2 GB RAM - those with 2 gigs or less must launch as an Android Go device.
